  • Look for the Moon, Jupiter, and Aldebaran high overhead in Taurus around 7:00 PM.

  • First Quarter Worm Moon: 9:31 AM.
  • DAS Outreach w/Girl Scouts: 6:00 PM at the Chamberlin Observatory (more info).

  • Mercury reaches its greatest elongation (farthest distance from the sun at 11:00 PM): Look for Mercury in the western evening sky right after sunset.

March 8:

  • Look for the waxing Gibbous Worm Moon to join the Mars, Castor, and Pollux triangle in Gemini around 7:00 PM high in the southern sky.
  • Open House: Saturn, Venus, Uranus, Jupiter, Mars! 7:00 PM at the Chamberlain Observatory (more info).
